Orders without delivery address

A new way to import the order was implemented. With this new function, it is possible that there can be orders without delivery/invoice address. This happens because the buyer has not selected yet the definitive address. It can be the case of orders that are not payed yet - the selection of address comes before the selection of the method of payment.

When the order is closed (that is the buyer selected the address and the method of payment) eDock updates adding this new information.
