Why do I see the wrong address of a given customer?

It can happen if a client changes the data before closing an order. In this case, that information is not received by eDock.

Indeed, eDock updates, after the order is downloaded, the following information from eBay:

  1. status of the payment (paid yes/no)
  2. status of the shipping (shipped yes/no)
  3. note on the order  
  4. method of shipping  
  5. cost of shipping

eDock did not download the shipping address. if the order is downloaded and the checkout was not completed by the buyer, eDock will import the order with another shipping address.
