I managed the order from eDock but eBay does not recognize my order as shipped.


If the information concerning the shipping are not received by eBay, it can be due to::

  • you moved an order from the “closed” status to the “bought” status, and as a consequence you changed the shipping status. If the order is marked as shipped the first time, then it cannot go back to the status “to send”. For this reason, the “second” information is not received by eBay.
