If eDock does not send the products to Pixmania, the motivations can be:
- The products does not have a EAN code
- the field “file id” is not generated
- you did not download the report of processing of the matching’ s file
- Pixplace has not accepted the EAN13 coming from eDock. In this case we suggest you to control that the EAN is present in the product fiche and in the Pixplace database.
- you did too much “enter” consecutively and they created a “block” in the product transfer
- Pixmania updated their website. In this case you have to import again the products and the new categories.
