I see the products on SellerCentral but there are not the prices and the quantities


  1. wait 24 hours from the transfer of products
  2. verify that the Amazon subscription is still enabled and not cancelled or recreated.
  3. verify that on eDock, in section Diagnostic, the product/s are LINKED (green dot). If they are NOT linked, Amazon does not recognize the product and eDock stopped the transfer. If they are BLOCKED, it is necessary to take action manually. After you unlocked, wait 24 hours.
  4. if, after 24 hours, you cannot see that products, contact the Amazon support to verify the abilitation of the account and verify the correct flow of data.
  5. if and when Amazon confirm the abilitation of the account, contact the support eDock.
